Yes I searched the whole internet and I tried all. By default you can use it to change a country so that it looks like another country by name and flag, but you can also use custom incomplete tags.

I have deleted Hoi4, deleted the mod folder and and have even reverted versions but for some reason cant play those mods as when i equip them it sends me to the normal game without any mods on.
